Team Management
Invite colleagues, set their roles, and control which clients they can access — all from the Team page.
Roles and permissions
Every user has one of three roles:
| Action | Member | Admin | Super Admin |
|---|---|---|---|
| View assigned clients | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Generate & export reports | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Create & edit clients | — | ✓ | ✓ |
| Connect / disconnect platforms | — | ✓ | ✓ |
| Invite team members | — | ✓ | ✓ |
| Change member roles | — | Members only | ✓ |
| Assign clients to members | — | ✓ | ✓ |
| Edit member email addresses | — | Members only | ✓ |
| Remove members | — | Members only | ✓ |
| Access platform admin panel | — | — | ✓ |
Admins can manage Members but cannot manage other Admins or Super Admins. Only a Super Admin can promote someone to Admin.
Inviting a team member
-
Go to the Team page
Click Team in the top navigation (visible to Admins and Super Admins).
-
Enter the email address and select a role
Choose Member (restricted access) or Admin (full access to manage everything). Super Admin can only be assigned by a Super Admin.
-
Select clients to pre-assign (Members only)
If you're inviting a Member, you can tick which clients they should have access to right away.
-
Click Send Invite
An invite link is generated and shown on screen. Copy it and send it to the person — they'll click the link to set their password and activate their account.
Invite links expire after 48 hours. If the person doesn't use it in time, generate a new one from the Team page.
Changing a member's role
On the Team page, find the member and use the role dropdown next to their name. Changes take effect immediately — the member will see their updated permissions on their next action.
Assigning clients to a member
On the Team page, each Member row has an Assigned clients section. Use the dropdown to add a client, or click × on a chip to remove one.
You can also manage this from the Dashboard by clicking Manage Access on a client card — this shows all members and lets you toggle their access with a checkbox.
Editing a member's email
Admins can update the email address of Members they manage. Find the member on the Team page and click the small Edit Email button next to their email address. Type the new address and click Save.
The member will receive a confirmation email from the platform and should use the new address to log in going forward.
Removing a member
Click Remove next to a member's name. You'll be asked to confirm. Once removed, their account is deactivated and they can no longer log in. All their saved work (reports, etc.) remains in the system.
Tip: If a team member leaves but you want to preserve their client relationships, reassign those clients before removing them.
